Over the past twenty years, I’ve had the great privilege of walking alongside people during some of their most challenging – and most transformative – moments. This experience has taught me that change happens in safe, supportive spaces with people you trust.
My combined training, a bachelor’s degree in Communications from North Carolina State University; a Master’s degree in Education from Boise State University; and, a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University enables me to serve my clients on so many diverse levels. Whether it involves children or adolescents with school stress, relationships, social skills to parenting needs to transition with life changes, loss, career or relationships, I am able be of service!
My approach to counseling is collaborative and compassionate. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover clarity, strength, and confidence as we work together. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps, you will experience a calming environment where you can slow down, process what’s happening, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore patterns, gain insights, and build tools that support your growth — both in the present and long term.
Counseling is about helping you reconnect with yourself, your values, and your capacity to create meaningful change. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
