Kim Ward
Intern

Kim is a clinical mental health counseling intern from Liberty University and is
scheduled to graduate in 2025. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the
University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Kim has worked in various mentorship
programs and desires to walk alongside those facing life’s challenges. She believes
each person has unique strengths and resiliencies to overcome difficult situations
when provided authentic support and compassion.
Kim draws from a framework of modalities and is interested in cognitive behavioral,
narrative, and person-centered therapy while incorporating mindfulness-based
principles.
In her free time, she loves to exercise, read, and spend time with her husband and five
children.
