With an unwavering commitment for helping others, I view treatment as an opportunity to explore patterns and themes. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and nonjudgmental environment, ensuring the client’s well-being remains central to the process. By adopting a collaborative approach, I tailor individualized treatment plans unique to the client’s needs, emphasizing growth, wellness, prevention, advocacy, and autonomy.

As a compassionate professional, I recognize the significant influence that past events, emotional difficulties, and relationships can have on an individual’s sense of self and perspective on life. Drawing from a wide array of therapeutic approaches, I integrate evidence-based practices with creativity and a holistic focus on well-being.

I have a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, as well as an extensive master’s level education in marriage & family therapy. Additionally, with over 15 years of teaching and team coaching experience, I welcome the opportunity to provide academic support and to work with schools, including helping with Individualized Education Plans.

My therapeutic approach is characterized by authenticity, humility, and creativity. I welcome individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and teenagers ranging from age 0-100+. My practice is holistic and integrative, neuro-informed, and trauma-informed, considering development over the lifespan. Through a blend of modalities tailored to each individual, I integrate Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy,  Mindfulness, Creative Arts Therapy, Play Therapy and Sand-play, Family Therapy, and Walk-Talk Therapy.

I consider it an honor to walk alongside your journey and through a client-centered approach, I aim to empower individuals to gain valuable insights and tools to successfully overcome life’s obstacles and cultivate personal growth.
