I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a steady, supportive presence. I believe healing happens in relationships, when people feel seen, accepted, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. My goal is to create that kind of space, whether I’m working with a toddler through play, a teen navigating identity, or a young adult sorting through life transitions.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) and work with children, adolescents, and young adults, typically from infancy through age 30. I support clients facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, and family or peer relationships.

My style is collaborative, flexible, and trauma-informed. I utilize a number of different techniques and tailor my approach to each individual client based on their needs, personality, and goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused approaches, and creative techniques like art and narrative work. I also enjoy using play-based strategies with younger children to help them process big feelings in ways that feel natural and safe.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Boston College and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings and feel honored to walk alongside clients and their families as they build insight, confidence, and coping tools that support long-term growth.
