Kimberly Weaver, LCMHCA, NCC is a licensed clinician and seasoned administrator with over 10 years of experience leading youth development and mental health programs. In addition to being a Mental Health Therapist, she has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, developed and implemented innovative pilot programs, and supervised cross-functional teams, including program staff and interns. Kimberly brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and administrative leadership to her work, with a commitment to empowering communities through trauma-informed care and equitable access to resources. Kimberly has a Bachelors and Masters of Criminal Justice from Long Island University Post and a Masters in Christian Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, a good cup of coffee in the morning, and peace found in the spiritual disciplines of silence and solitude
