Now, as a therapist, she specializes in social, emotional, and relational development for neurotypical and neurodivergent clients of all ages, working with a range of emotional disorders. She also focuses on aligning family systems to foster healthier communication and stronger connections.

Sam believes that every person has an innate drive to reach their fullest potential in life, whatever that may mean for them. Her approach is warm, nurturing, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space for clients to feel heard, validated, and empowered. Whether supporting individuals through personal challenges or mentoring families toward stronger relationships, she is deeply committed to walking alongside them in their journey.

Using a Person-Centered Therapy approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other integrative techniques, Sam provides tailored support for clients facing ASD, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, career transitions, and relationship challenges. She also helps students improve organization, communication, and social skills. To stay at the forefront of evidence-based practices, she continues to work part-time with the Autistic Adult and Teen Consulting Group.

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Sam remains dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth, ensuring she provides the best possible care for her clients.
